A: Yes. Safety is a priority. We train smart, look after each other, and keep the vibe friendly and respectful.
Q: Do I need to be fit to start?
A: Nope. BJJ will help you build fitness over time. Come as you are.
Q: Can I just watch a session first?
A: Absolutely. You're welcome to come down, see how we train, and ask any questions.
Q: What’s No-Gi Jiu Jitsu?
A: It’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu without the traditional gi. It’s faster-paced, and we train in rashguards, shorts, or athletic wear.
Q: Do you do MMA or just BJJ?
A: Our focus is No-Gi BJJ, but the skills transfer well to MMA. We also incorporate wrestling fundamentals.
